JULIA + MAC - SAWTOOTH HIKING ELOPEMENT

Whether you decided you're eloping last week or been planning for over a year, we'll make sure we're there. Julia + Mac's original wedding plans were for this fall, but COVID messed with that. Instead of having 120+ guests, they had less than 13. And instead of a traditional venue, the Sawtooths became the perfect wedding location. They pulled off this incredible elopement at Redfish Lake in about a week!

Adam + I got married at Redfish Lake in 2018, so Stanley is very close to our hearts. After Julia + Mac's intimate mountain top ceremony, their guests popped champagne with them and then headed back down the trail. We stayed behind for their private vows + some epic portraits. I've seriously got the freaking coolest job in the world and I love meeting and working with such adventurous couples! I feel like we vibe so well with couples who wear Chacos on their wedding day, because we always have Chacos tan lines on our feet half of the year.

The great thing about eloping is you can do WHATEVER you want! Julia + Mac had a unique ceremony location and even have the GPS coordinates of the exact spot they exchanged their vows. After a gorgeous 2 mile hike, we boated back across Redfish. We went back to their cabin which had an INCREDIBLE view of the Sawtooths. They BBQ’d, toasted, + laughed a lot.
